Caravan 3D Modelling

New Age/Walkinshaw "Wayfinder":
• New product development, working in 3D drafting for boot enclosure moulds production, integrating hardware mounting, hinges and seals, translating design surface data into machinable mould forms.

• Design and development of lamps and reflectors, mounts and housings.

• Collaboration with fibreglass production company to develop files with suitable details for the production process.

• General CAD support for development team. Working within a primary team of four design engineers onsite.

Lyfe RV:
• Working directly with principal to develop ground up builds, from rough drawings and measurements into production files for walls, floor, roof, corner trims, furniture and fit-out, support with product literature, and anything else required.

• Supply of native SolidWorks 3D files for future product adaptation and range expansion.

• Detailed CAD modelling, generating drawings, BOMs, cutting files, and files within a suitable structure for the new start-up business. Working sol onsite and remote.
